Small group classes of up to six people, based at the studio
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm
These 45 minute classes will consist of a variety of strength and conditioning exercises. These are adaptable for any age and ability so all are welcome! Just drop me a message to book on.

If you're short on time, then this 30 minute express PT is a perfect way for you to fit in a quick but effective workout.
Can be bought in blocks or as a one off.
Whether it's with your partner or just a group of friends, come along together for a partner style workout adapted to suit you both.

The same as the above personal training, without having to leave your own home! One-to-one sessions with me over video call using just bodyweight or whatever equipment you have. Perfect if you're someone who wants to get fit but is unsure about going out, especially at the moment.
