Small group classes of up to six people, based at the studio
Every Wednesday at 9am and 6.30pm.
These 45 minute classes will consist of a variety of strength and conditioning exercises. These are adaptable for any age and ability so all are welcome! Just drop me a message to book on.
This will be a class that runs once per week with exercise progression each week.
Those who sign up will receive a 20 minute consultation before starting so I can get to know you and your goals, and then a weekly check in to make sure we are moving in the right direction.

If you're already a gym-goer but lack the structured plan you need to get results, then this is for you. A 6 week gym plan based on your goals for you to follow, with regular phone catch ups to check how you are progressing.
The same as the above personal training, without having to leave your own home! One-to-one sessions with me over video call using just bodyweight or whatever equipment you have. Perfect if you're someone who wants to get fit but is unsure about going out, especially at the moment.
